Dear World
As I approach my 47th year of life, I realize that I really have missed out on a lot, and wish I would have recorded my story. I do this with tears in my eyes when I realize how many friends and family I have let go by without them knowing how much I truly do care, love and miss them. My niece’s Shannon and Melanie have kept a photo/video diary of their kids which I think is amazing, and I wish that I had that type of technology when my son was small. Hang on to those moments, they are most precious.
I am so very blessed to have such an amazing husband of 29 years, (Mike) my son Joseph, and his wife Heather…. Then, the cherry at the top of the sundae… ismy grandson: Roland Michael Patrick.
Reflecting through my “life”, I have also found great understanding of my mother, her struggles, and triumphs, and her passing onto the next phase of existence. I pray every day that God has welcomed her to eternal life and peace.
Through my large, crazy family, (family by choice, and family by birth) love is at the forefront of all we do! By following along with me, maybe we can all leave this planet just a little better than we found it.
So please…-------- just indulge me, and feel free to comment, include, laugh, post, cry, or just know that we all are sharing in this roller-coaster we call LIFE. I WOULDN’T TRADE IT FOR ANYTHING!
